Usually, our payment terms is payment before shpment by T/T (wire transfer), also the Western Union, MoneyGram and PayPal are supported.

What is the lead time, production time

We can ship products out in 3~5 working days if we have it in-stock. If it need to be customized, sometimes the lead time will take 2~4 weeks or more.

What is the shipping methods? And the delivery time?

We usually ship products by door to door courier (FedEx/DHL/UPS/Aramex/EMS), the courier company will take about 1~2 weeks to deliver cargos.

What is your product service?

If the products does not meet the required specifications as you ordered. Please send us an inspection report, then we will send you a new batch to replace it or refund the payment back.
