Characteristics

Nb: SrTiO3 single crystal has a similar structure to SrTiO3, However NSTO with conductivity. With a different resistivity in doping concentration of 0.1 ~ 0.001wt%. 

We currently have Nb-Concentration 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.5%, 0.7%
